I was truly pleased when I went to this establishment and my wait was not as long as it usually it. Yet, let's face it, their food is AMAZING and that is why their lines are usually so long. I don't like giving my kids fast food full bad oils chemical ingredients, that is why on their treat days, I choose to take them to Chick-fil-A. The A must stand for A+ in flavor! The deliciously creamy Mac and Cheese reminds me of the one my sister makes with love on the holidays. The fun fries are such a delightful things to eat, salted just right. Their variety of Milkshakes are the Best! Last, but definitely Not least, for me to stay healthy, or to provide a full serving of veggies to my kids that they will enjoy, is the Mouth watering Kale Crunch!!! This place has a menu suitable even for those who don't eat meat, like my kids and I.

Never have I ordered food that looked so nasty. Me and my Lady are very disappointed and felt disrespected and they didn't even place the Mac&cheese in the bag we didn't mind waiting in line. Kale salad was out of date and it not sure to be wet. Never again will they get my attention. 👎🏾👎🏾👎🏾👎🏾👎🏾

I generally don't Karen but for the first time ever at the Lord's Chicken Dispensery I was met by an unfriendly order recipient, which I can absolutely forgive... but then I received this (see photo). Both hashbrown orders came this way.
I'm just saying that if this is how you're serving hashbrowns now, kindly include a spoon 🙃

I’ve been to the location several times a week. I like the food, service, housekeeping. However the last 2 times I’ve been there my orders are all messed up. What I verbally say to the agent is not what is entered into the system. Even after repeating the order it stroll is incorrect. There is no fix. There’s no language problem. The agent does not concentrate on what I’m saying. Need more training

When it comes to customer service chick-fil-a is always on point. I wish other places would learn a thing or two from chick-fil-a employees. Everyone is always outstanding with stellar attitudes and smiles. The food is super great. My faves are the chicken club and chicken tenders. Also don't forget the Polynesian sauce! The breakfast is so yummy. I wish they served it later. I recommend when your in the mood for breakfast or chicken!

I love this food 10/10. Only issue I’ve had is that I order a deluxe meal with coke as a drink and the guy didn’t make the order as a meal so I ended up with no fries. I found out half way home. Make sure you say with fries cause they are really delicious!

I never understood why their lines and lines of people outside of Chick-fil-A. I always thought there was some kind of thing they put into food to make people come back and to come back and wait. but I guess I was wrong. The food is delicious. the service is great. separates them from other fast food restaurants. I give this location five stars all the way around
