I came here really early the other morning to pick up a bunch of donuts for vendors at Pioneer Days. Staff was very friendly and accommodating. They readily had what I was looking for and put it together quickly. The donuts were big hit as always.
Definitely prefer this dunkin to the Avon park dunkin. 1 they are alot faster service. 2 they have NEVER messed up my order. The staff is also super friendly. This is not a drive through this is the dunkin in walmart so I think alot of these reviews have this place confused with elsewhere 🤔

I got one of those coffees that the flavor depends on how well the maker blends it, and usually it’s just okay or bad. This was the literal best one of these I have ever had! This was my first time ordering from this Dunkin’ Donuts location, but I am sure to order from here again! Truly amazing! Happy Holidays!!
Loved my iced caramel coffee! Sweet tea is also good. Staff is friendly. In and out quickly.
I went to the Lake Wales location in the Publix shopping center. Ryan was the absolute best. They offer new things on the menu and although I was lost when ordering and made several mistakes, Ryan fixed them all, was very patient with my family, fixed everything to our liking and did so in a very pleasant manner. Honestly his customer service alone has made us choose this Dunkin now as our weekly favorite! The drinks were made correctly and very tasty and as I mentioned the food was made perfectly. We sat inside to eat and found the atmosphere peaceful. Was a nice break from our shopping! I give 5 Stars because our service was just add good as our purchase.
I’ve been disappointed by plenty of Dunkin Donuts before, but this location really impressed me. I never write reviews but they deserved 5 stars. The employees were kind and patient the service was extremely quick and the coffees/food were perfect.
We stopped in on Sunday morning for a quick donut and coffee. What we found was a friendly and efficient team. Greated with a smile, our order was taken. I ask for my coffee to be made a little special and to our amazement, with a smile, it was no problem at all. (And at no extra charge). Donuts were as fresh as the coffee! But the customer service was certainly as refreshing as the food! Thanks to the entire team for making our morning a little brighter!
I love the matcha tea latte. Compared to Starbucks it’s perfect as Starbucks puts way too much sugar in their matcha mixture. I have it with oat milk, perfect :)
We haven’t been here in while and it was amazing getting some fresh and delicious donuts. We asked for a dozen assorted and I was pretty assorted with amazing flavors. The strawberry and crepe taste amazing, I opt from the liking the chocolate because of the strong butter flavor. The donuts could’ve been a little more fresh but I appreciate them! Honestly the employees are amazing , they have great costumer service and are quite polite to their customers.
Not a bad stop....a smile would be nice but the order was correct.

Today's visit was excellent! THANK YOU to the lady (I am thinking she is the manager) for helping my wife out with thr app! Coffee and sweet tea just perfect!
