The ran out of chicken 🐔!¡They said it would be 10 min wait it was over twenty!! But the chicken was hot an good!!!

Ordered and paid for a huge online order. Arrived to pick it up and was told it was given out already... No apologies nothing. They acted like it was my fault.. Had to wait almost an hour for my food and was skimped so bad on what I finally got. I will NOT be returning here. Horrible experience.

I have been 3 times to this place. And 2 of them was closed at lunch time. Not sure if they are struggling with the staff.

3 days in a row I’ve come here for door dash. 3 days in a row I waited 20+ minutes sitting around. Barely any explanation, and no sense of urgency for the order. They STARTED making my door dash order 25 min into waiting. Unacceptable.

Lady laughed the entire time through the drive through window, even while taking order. Chicken was slimy and fries was so hard like they have been sitting out all day. Spent $22 could barely touch the food. Waste of money. Will never come back! When calling to complain they literally will not answer your phone calls!

Whew this place is trash. My first time ever going here and my last. Chicken tenders were not even edible because they were so hard. The wait was RIDICULOUS for as stale as the food was. And the workers attitudes were god awful. God awful. As someone who works in a food establishment -a short staffed one at that this is unacceptable. we still make it work where I am and have less than a three Min wait time average all day every day. Unacceptable. They need to replace this with a different chain or get rid of the whole crew cause this place is shameful.

I could raise a chicken, butcher, bread and fry it in the time it took me to get a famous bowl. I was the only person in line. Don’t go to this kfc if you want good food or good service

Ordered to pot pies and they were very dry, also ordered regular 13 piece chicken wings no flavoring and they gave me hot and spicy.
