I don’t usually complain about fast food and I commend anybody working during these times but this was unacceptable even for fast food. I ordered a two fish sandwiches no tarter sauce so instead of making it fresh they scraped it off and dropped the patty back in the grease the fish became hollow and hard as a brick they didn’t even have the decency to drain the grease off before they put it on the bun the red flag should of been the confederate flag sticker on the drive through window. I’m still trying to figure out how this location has 4 stars maybe I came at the wrong time

Husband's Buger was cold and had been sitting awhile. Definitely not fresh. Gal that took order had no idea what she was doing. We like Checkers in general but this location needs to step up its game, train the employees and deliver fresh hot food, not microwaved half cold hamburgers.

I've eaten this checkers for years the service has always varied a little bit as you can expect. Overall this checkers is definitely been a great place to get food and usually the drive-thru isn't too bad. Never had a bad experience here.

I'm DONE WITH FAST FOOD after this experience! Tasted like pure burnt grease & fat... I got the leftover bits of fries 🍟that were probably in the corner of the basket for GOD KNOWS HOW LONG & IDK what's up with hair in my food lately but yeah *HAIRNETS* ON BACK THERE CREW MEMBERS! Absolutely DISGUSTED BY FAST FOOD! Only thing I might still stop for from time to time is a SHAKE OR A CARMEL FRAPP FROM THE GOLDEN ARCHES! One more time CHECKERS ON BROWN RD.... ***HAIRNETS PLEASE FOR YOUR OTHER CUSTOMERS!*** THANK YOU!
