Dunkin'

I come here daily and honestly these past few trips have just been out of the ordinary. The short little red/auburn head there is just very rude. I greet her pleasantly every day and yet for some reason she is always in such a miserable mood. Whenever anyone else makes my coffee it comes out EXCELLENT, however when she makes it, it’s very bland and just very disappointing. I’ve been coming here for years and even pass Starbucks to come to Dunkin on my way to work. Id truly hate to have to stop coming to my favorite coffee stop over someone so miserable and someone that makes it very clear she does not enjoy her job. I truly hope this matter gets resolved.

The lady who runs the nights is usually nice but lately she’s been hostile. Last time i ordered online she had a sign when i walked in that they’d be right back. I waited 10 minutes and then i had to go to work & never got my drink. Overcharged for drinks as well i always pay more in person than on the app.

I will most likely never be returning to this location. The older lady with dark hair who works the night shift is incredibly rude. I thought it was just towards me but I've witnessed her be rude to my pregnant wife and pretty much anyone walking through the door. I could go on and on but she doesn't deserve that much time out of my day. It's not just once in awhile it's every night she works.. I can't wait till the location on 24 and draihner opens

Very good overall service but on an off day you can get a rude worker who seems to be upset due to having to work their job. Almost everytime I go in there I am met with amazing service by mainly teenagers working an after-school job, but on the off occasion I don't get pleasant service it's never too horrible. It's a great place to visit with amazing donuts coffee and service.
