Times Square Restaurant

The Infamous Times Square Resturaunt: unique amongst all others. A Women owned and operated business who make true homestyle American entrees. The pancakes badder is mixed lightly, the coffee never ends, and the corn beef hash is fresh from a cutting board. One of the few places where I order take home after sitting for a meal. The soups are one option. When many places around town have long lines, are looking for staff, or strangly contrived. Consider inviting others to this notable New York themed resturaunt from the start.

Got fried pickles fried mushrooms and chicken tenders and fries. Fried mushrooms were massive and DISGUSTING. Threw them all out. Rubbery and tasted like nothing but grease. Waste of 9$. Fried pickles were horribly oversized too and mediocre at best. The lady didn’t want to make extra ranch for us to purchase so that was kinda upsetting as someone whose pregnant and loves ranch lol. 30$ for all of that half of it wasted. Chicken tenders and fries were amazing! Me and my daughter ate it all! I probably won’t be back and if I did it would only be because they are so close and I’d only get the chicken tenders. But at that rate there’s plenty of other places around here for good chicken tenders.

I was hired to photograph a few menu items. This place is clean and very welcoming with a fun New York style look. I was pleasantly surprised as to how owner Kelly and her 16 yr. old son Lyric (amazing cook) had all these dishes prepared for me. I was fortunate enough to chow the Corned Beef Reuben with the delish house steak fries and enjoy the Lady Liberty Salad. Let me tell you, these dishes are off the hook! Fresh, tasty, hearty and affordable. I will definitely be back and bring my appetite.

First off let me start by saying that the service here is amazing. They’re always friendly and welcoming which always makes for a great experience! Times Square has it all! From their amazing omelettes and French toast, to their hearty deli sandwiches! Times Square is family owned/operated. They also have all you can eat fish and chips on Friday! If you’re looking for a great deli sandwich then you need to come here!

My review used to be positive because their food was decent at one point. Quiet little local place where it was easy to grab a quick meal. Portions, and quality has drastically decreased and that's why I chose to stop going. I kept quiet with my opinion and simply stopped going because I knew the owner. A (now deleted) post on a Facebook account ran by the owner left me disgusted and I feel it's necessary to share these actions. An obvious long time customer left a negative review after noticing their self proclaimed "top selling sandwich" was "not like it used to be." Instead of using this as constructive criticism, the owner took a screenshot of this review and made a very public post to criticize this customer and their spelling of the sandwich for all their friends and followers to shame this man. The attack was mainly for his spelling of the sandwich, which the restaurant itself has been misspelling this entire time. This is not the first time she publicly lashed out at a customer. The owner also responded to this negative review in an extremely childish and unprofessional way before the new managing partner stepped in and edited the message. It's nice that someone has stepped in to try and clean this mess, but unfortunately the damage is done. Word of advice to the owner. It's not what you respond that gets you in hot water, it's HOW you respond it. If you're unable to take a little criticism and learn from it gracefully, don't be in this industry.

My wife and I have eaten here several times. It isn't awful, just slightly below average. It's the kind of place you really want to be good yet they always leave you a bit disappointed. I'd say that the sandwiches are okay and the soups are okay. I always leave feeling like I should have just spent the extra $5-$10 bucks and gone somewhere else.

They used to be okay and I live across the street. The servers were really nice and sweet and the food was pretty good. We noticed the food started to decline more and more, but kept giving them a chance because we like to support small business. We even went back after hearing negative comments about them online because none of that should effect where we get our breakfast. Last time we went it wasn’t even edible, and sadly we cant keep beating a dead horse, and now with how they treat opposition I really regret trying. I really wished the best for this place when I first moved here a few years ago.
