Clean, quick service, courteous staff. Excellent newly featured Asian Crispy chicken salad. The NEW Thai soup was good, but not great. 4 stars due to wrong salad put in, but they were happy to rectify it. The Chai tea was also pretty good. A little pricey for amount of food received.

I have done curbside pickup more than once at this location and the only thing that I can count on is that there WILL be an issue. Items have been missed or incorrect and tonight I went there, texted them I was there as well as letting them know through the app and nobody brought me my food. I waited for over 10 minutes and finally just went in and grabbed it. They were not busy at all, most workers were just standing around so clearly I was just forgotten. It would be nice just once to order curbside and not actually have to go in for a forgotten item or my entire order.

Ordered bread bowl and got no bread bowl. No compensation. Paid more for a bread to get a dang baguette. Take the item off of the menu if you can’t provide. Numerous times at this location. I would have canceled if they called and informed of not being in stock.

This review is regarding the Auburn Hills location. (Baldwin and I-75)
The bathrooms were horrific! I'm sure the employees use this bathroom too so they can not excuse themselves to not knowing. The manager was clearly burned out, and I overheard her say to an employee "don't bother answering that phone, I don't have time for whoever that is".
Mind you..it was the store phone. The order I received was correct but I was leary to eat it. I love Panera and a thorough cleaning needs to be done.

I ordered there beef and cheese sandwich and if there were 3 oz of meat on the sandwich that would be generous. What a rip off! It was my first visit in years and my last.

They said my pick up order would be ready in 10 minutes, it was ready in less than 3, so my food sat there and got cold. Not a happy camper.
