I have not been to KFC in a long time, and I now remember why. Did you know that you will be charged .30 cents more to have less food? A meal costs less. When I asked the manager he said, "It's always been that way, and I can't give you a side because that would mess up my inventory."
Even though I am paying 30 cents less!? So when I asked for him to void the order to change it to a meal, he was very put-off. Too much work. There was zero effort to get repeat business or make their customers happy. It's okay, though. Just a reminder of how much I do not need to go to KFC.

I’ve ordered a bucket of chicken all dark meat, 2 large gravy, and a hot sauce just today. After i got my order, i got 2 white meat and a wing part, gravy was watery and they didn’t put any hot sauce. I’ve been ordering quite a few times and they keep on screwing up the order, its either they overcharge you or there is something missing on my order or they get your order wrong. I would understand if there were tons of people who were ordering at that time, I was the only customer, it only poured out after i got my order. What happened to the quality of your service? it wasn’t like this years ago.

KFC location at 3890 Lake Emma Road in Lake, Mary Florida. I’ve just experience from two women there was trouble. The drive through customer service was unprofessional, she spoke to me very rude and unpleasant taking my order. It was raining while I took my order and I was unable to speak loudly. I ordered a chicken pop pie in which she told me they didn’t have any they were all out. Then when I got to the window to pay the lady who was the manger, had a attitude because I told her that one of the drinks were incorrect. She got me the correct drink and told me to pull up and park. I parked in the front of the store and waited for my order to come. When my order came out another woman brought it out, I looked into the bag to make sure my order was all there and correct. The woman comes back out and yelled out at me to move my car out the way. Now this is where they told me to park at. I told the lady that I was checking my food she told me to move out the way and park somewhere else . My order was wrong of course, and the chicken was burnt! Please don’t go to this KFC especially with theses nasty unprofessional two women! I’m really upset. I really hope someone from corporate see this and they get in trouble.

NEVER GO TO THE LAKE MARY KFC.
They literally took my order and payment on the app and told me I had to order something else when I pulled up to the speaker.
When I told them that was unacceptable and I wanted a refund I was told "calm your attitude"
I had to wait over 5 minutes, then a young woman threw a piece of paper with a corporate phone number in my car and slammed the window.
I called back to get the manager's name and she refused.

This location is a complete joke. Doors locked and told drive through only at 8pm when. They close at 10pm. Ordered on line for a pick up, only to arrive to be told they have NO chicken! I'm not sure who the manager is but this location is a scam if a chicken store has to chicken. 2 hours before they close. Hopefully this location will be closed for good soon because clearly they don't care about sales or their customers.

Ordered 2 Chicken Popcorn and 3 pc chicken wings from drive thru, billed and payment was made according to the order, but got only 2 chicken popcorn. 3 pc chicken wings missing when I opened the pack when I reached home. No one expect that the 3pc chicken will be missing. Luckily I had the receipt, went to KFC, Lake Mary to check on the same. Though I got the missing chicken I never expected that I will get a very bad response from the Manager. Very rude and indecent behavior. Will never go again to any KFC with this bitter experience.

Fast food is fast food... it's the people that make this place so nice. They are thoughtful and considerate. We had to wait on some of our order after going thru the drive thru. A young lady came out just to say she was sorry that it would be a few minutes longer. Then another very sweet lady came out to bruin us our food and thru in a lemon cake to say thank you for our patience. She didn't have to do that...we were not upset. She did it because she believes in customer service. And it makes us want to go back more often to support them. Cushman service is an art and the employees at this location work hard to live up to the expectation which is more than I can say about a lot of other places.

No receipt was given, the staff refused to give me the fries I ordered with my meal. 7/7 @ 1:10 PM, manager was very unprofessional, I was given the option to pay for another fry which I refused. Still no receipt was given. I will never go back to this location again. The pot holes in the front will ruin your car as well.
