Tried this place for the first time and was not glad I did. Got the regular size, which was a good amount of food. Friendly service. Took 15 minutes from ordering to get my food—a long time considering it wasn’t busy. The pad thai was more like noodle soup. It was drowned in sauce with a slimy consistency, as if they didn’t drain the noodles well. The shrimp were bland and fishy tasting. Overall, tasted cheap and poorly made. Unfortunately, I threw the whole thing away.

If 0 stars was an option, that would be my rating. I spent nearly $40 on “food” and it was barely edible. Threw most of it out. Noodles were not cooked. Textures were terrible. Taste was awful. Do not eat here. Do better Noodles and Co.

Every time I come here I am disappointed. The staff is friendly and helpful, but either my food is not cooked properly or substitutions aren't fulfilled. I want to like this place but every time I only enjoy my good when they remake it :(

I had the Mexican corn salad . I choked it down because it was almost 12 bucks. But I won't ever eat it again. My daughter had the spicy beef bowl. I tasted it. It was much better than my salad. Every one else in my part was happy with their food.

Just disappointed because it lacked flavor the only thing that made the noodles cheesy on the Mac n cheese was the shredded cheese on top it.

Food is always fantastic every time I come in, and they are very helpful when im being indecisive. I also left my wallet there and happen to live 4 hours away and they couldn’t have been a better help with returning my wallet !! Awesome place with an awesome staff.

Was not what I expected but it was a nice noodle place. Yummy noodles and you can customize your dish any way you like by picking different noodles and proteins to go in the bowl. I do think the small isn’t a big enough portion for the price. Everything was flavorful.

On Friday, I took the 2 little girls I Nanny for, & our cashier was MORE than patient w/them changing their minds & so understanding about how "disorganized" we were! 😅 LoL She even came to check on us during our meal, & when I tried to clean up the floor & put away the 2 yr old's highchair, she told me not to bother & that she would do all of that since my hands were so full w/the girls! It may not have been a big deal for her, but that was truly such a HUGE help for me! The girls even left there feeling like they made a friend & continued to talk about her on the way home! 😄 The girls had the kid's Mac & cheese & the Tortellini Marinara, & had plenty of leftovers for dinner that night! Also, they didn't want another side dish besides applesauce, so she just gave each girl 2 applesauce pouches, which they were SO excited about & quickly demolished! 🤣 The girls also said the chocolate milk was "the yummy kind"! I got the buttered noodles, which sounds dull, but was amazeballs!! 😋 Definitely will be back again w/the girls &/or w/my other half!
