Menchie's Frozen Yogurt

What a great experience! The cleanest Menchie’s I have been to in a long while. The choices are many and it is COVID free approval. I was impressed with all the topping being in small containers. Ask for Julian. He is so kind and very attentive. If you are looking for a great place to have a delicious treat or dessert… This is the place to come! You will not regret it!!

I don't normally do reviews, but so far, I've never had a bad experience being in this location. The Manager, Julian, is a real down-to-earth person. He's talkative, respectful, and etc. He's doing his very best to keep Menchie's sanitary as much as possible. Especially, during the Pandemic we're all facing. Today, he and I had a really good conversation, and no arguments whatsoever. It was a really good experience. I implore those to be respectable and courteous to others despite being vaccinated or not to always wear your mask! 👍🏼👍🏼

I had a very pleasant experience tonight at this Menchie’s location! The employee was quick to offer my girlfriend and I sample cups. He recommended the pomegranate flavor, which was delicious! Super clean, amazing froyo, and awesome customer service! Visit this Menchie’s and you won’t be disappointed. I will definitely be back!

Took my sister to get ice cream for her birthday, 2 regular adults, nothing crazy. Went inside, no greeting from the cashier — fine, no big deal — and helped ourselves with ice cream, toppings, etc. Went to pay and my sister (excited bc it was her birthday and all) tried striking up a conversation with the cashier and the cashier one-worded her back, no enthusiasm whatsoever, no smile, no nothing. You could tell she didn’t want to be there, which is fine, I get it, I was a cashier in retail before, it gets tiring and you have bad days some days but when we thanked her and wished her a good day, we received nothing. Poor customer service. Don’t recommend, you will not feel welcomed, at least not with this particular girl. Not coming here again

Usually love coming here but today's experience was very disappointing. All the fruit toppings were spoiled. The strawberries they were serving had turned into mush. We picked the kiwi and pineapple which looked okay, but had a rotten taste once we tried them. Don't think we'll be coming back anytime soon to this location :(
