I was in Lake Forest visiting my family and came into this Dunkin specifically to show my husband the town. It was a highlight of our visit! The staff was beyond friendly and kind! The best customer service I have experienced in a long time!

Let me tell you this has been the absolute best experience at a dunkin I have ever had... the young man and woman were literally the encounter I needed.. made me laugh and smile were exceptionally kind to me even though I have never been here I felt like I had been coming here forever... 1000000 out of 10 if I could give more stars I would!!!! It's a breath of fresh air seeing the kindness they showed!!!!

This is one of the places I shop at daily. What I can say is that their drinks, snacks and food are always great. Never a dull moment when you go there, trust me if you walk in there sad you will walk out feeling happy 😊 I love It there.

Fast, polite service. As with all DD, they dont have a big selection or the donuts you really want, but, they will do if you're just trying to get rid of a craving.

Can get quite noisy and dirty after the children come after school, and the doughnut selection seems to be slim in the afternoon. Also could use a recycling bin for all those paper bags being thrown away immediately! The bags themselves ask you recycle.

I've been in lots of Dads across the US. This one is small but nice. The staff answered all my wife's questions on their new items and we're nice about it.
