This restaurant has an “A” rating. SUPER kid friendly, the wait staff makes you feel like you are in your own home. Best restaurant in all of Lake Elsinore. I can not say enough about the atmosphere they have created with their establishment. Can we say “LOOK OUT!” when it comes to the food!!! So much flavor and incredibly authentic taste. (P.S. they also have churro cheesecake that I would lose an arm for)

Outstanding food. One of the best hole-in-the-wall Mexican restaurants I've found. Seats are old and vintage with plenty of wear and tare. This place even has a drive-thru I got the chicken fajitas and they were amazing. Home made tortillas are amazing. I left no scraps. My beautiful love had the taquitos and she thought they were amazing as well.

Very impressed! I've passed by this place for years and never stopped. I only did because there was no parking along the main drag of Main Street. With a pinched nerve in my foot, I can't walk very far. I'm so glad I stopped here. I have been missing out this whole time. There is plenty of parking. Service was great and food was very very good. Inside was nice and cool on a very hot day and clean. Pretty empty, so I got my food right away. This is essential with only a 30 minute break. I'll be back for sure!

access for disabled patrons: great access and big restrooms with good pressure. food: excellent menudo, try the corn tortillas. I also had a wonderful carne asada burrito with spicy green sauce. enough spic and taste combo.

Holy cow, the BEST butterfly shrimp in buttery garlic and handmade tortillas! The owner is super friendly, unpretentious, and with a heart of gold. Don Mere’s is definitely Lake Elsinore’s hidden gem!

Pretty good food. Everything is made as you order from what I can tell. I give it 3 starts because their drive though ordering system could be upgraded, and they take a bit long to get orders done. Seems a lot faster when you walk in.
