Pizza Hut

Sincerely believe they keep their phone off the hook, have it on silent, in a back room, or simply ignore it. I DO NOT want the customer service line where it takes more time not talking to the right person,(actually no one) I want the store number! Our Food is over an hour late. It would be a great courtesy if they could give their customers a heads up, “ Hey! you’re foods going to be late.” I would have so much more respect for them. I’ve been on the line for so long and as I’m writing this post. They are within a 3 mile radius of us. I’m a very understanding person. Short staff, large orders, it happens! Just inform me. Then, When we received our food, It was cold. These are photos as soon as we got it. Husband dug in instantly cause he was hangry. Now I have to deal with his bad mood the rest of the night. Thanks Pizza Hut for the $50 experience.

A better experience would give us what we ordered. We ordered one pan pizza and one hand tossed, but both were hand tossed. Which i would not complain overly much about except that we pay extra for pan crust. The toppings were okay, if greasy. Nothing special. I think they are using cheaper toppings as it is a lot greasier and less flavorful than it used to be. Delivery was good, though.

If I could rate zero stars I would. This location does not deserve a star. I Ordered on the online app. My husband noticed on the app at 9:40pm that the app stated my order was delivered at 9:11pm and that’s when we decided to call Pizza Hut. Btw very poor poor customer service. They stated it was delivered when we were suppose to have a contact less delivery. The driver claimed they handed our order to a young male adult which was not the case. Then we spoke to Santiago which is suppose to be the manager who btw was very rude. He kept insisting that it was delivered. Pretty much calling us a liar. I felt like this could have been easily resolved but instead Santiago decided to be rude. He made the call not to refund us our money and suggested to call the customer service number. My husband drove over there which I do not think they expected him to show up since they were not answering their phone. The driver who claimed to have delivered our order apologized because she did not deliver to us. It was an incorrect address and admitted that her manager yelled at her. Doesn’t make sense to yell at someone if he took her word and pretty much denied us our order or refund. Santiago didn’t want to refund my husband the full amount not even the tip that we had included on top of that. He stated that the tip goes to the driver but we never got our order delivered so that should be refunded to. Disgusting attitude not worth dealing with this type of behavior or service. I will not be going back to Pizza Hut again.

If I could give it 0 stars I would. Unfortunately I ordered from this location online at 9:45pm for delivery. It is now 11:35pm, no food has been delivered but I was charged for it ! I just spent the last of my money to buy food from this place and now no money and no pizza!! Customer service was no help at all. They just said to call back tomorrow and try and speak to a manager. SMH!

i just had a pizza delivered . it was near raw. thry coulnt have baked this pizza for longer then 10 min. I realize it is Christmas Eve but if you are going to charge people a lot of money for pizza they deserve it to be cooked. I called Pizza Hut and someone said they would get their manager and never came back to the phone. What a mess that place is in, I wont be gong back
