Starbucks

A large Starbucks location in the Lake Elsinore area. Lots of seating available indoors as well as a drive through. Frustratingly, all of the power outlets have been covered over so its not a good place to sit and and work while sipping coffee. The staff was very friendly and several people greeted me as I walked in.

This location is thief! I order one drink and a ham and cheese Corsan the app of this location didn't say that they don't have ham and cheese Corsan when I went to pick up my order they employee asked to a lady she probably in her late 40's or her late 50's and she's kinda dark skin and she told do you want refound or you want something else I asked her if is possible I can go pick it a ham and cheese Corsan to the other location without paying anymore she said yes you can and I told her just like that you aren't going to call them to let them know she said no just like that if they ask your receipt show it to them so they'll see you already paid I was like okay I'll trust you I called the other location they didn't answer so I just head out Grapes St Starbucks FOR MY SURPRISED THEY SAID NO 😱😠 we don't work together every location is different we don't share items I was like OMG I was ABOUT TO CALL THIS LOCATION to tell them and to ASK them to PAY FOR MY GAS and MILES I'm putting in my car if I'm coming back to this location but good thing Grapes St gave me the ham and cheese Corsan and they told me next time call if it's true I did but no one answered. SO DON'T SUPPORT THIS LOCATION SUPPORT THE GRAPES ST STARBUCKS

This location has made me a huge Starbucks fan! The staff here are AWESOME! (I don't use that word much, so it's true!) Especially Linda & Bailey. The manager there, Courtney is doing an excellent job staffing her location. A great team, great coffee, great atmosphere, this is one of the better places to enjoy your favorite drink. And you don't have to wait forever- they are quick! Thanks guys. See you in the morning.

This is a really nice spacious place but does not go along with the people that work there. Every single one of them are snotty and with attitude. They mess up the order and if tell them they will remake it their way anyways. Plus charge you for it. Immediate rehire or retrain needed. Will not be going back. One less customer.
