It's been a few years since I had eaten at a Dickey's since they closed the one in Pomona.
This one however is shockingly great. The service was really good and they acted like an actual sit down service restaurant, which was much better than the one that closed in Pomona.
Too bad that this location is over an hour from me, or I would be coming back here.
The ribs are good and the daily specials are always a good deal.

Kristina with a "K" has the best customer service. She was so sweet, helpful and fun. She made the experience that much better. She is the best and Dickey's is so lucky to have her.

I got to go food. I did not check my order before i left. I got home and the order was wrong and missing stuff. i called them and got lucky the owner answered. i explained to him what happened and that i was to tired to come back, He said i will leave a note of what to give you next time to make this right. so i came back, in on 8/29/2020. the young man working there was not very friendly. when i told him about the the not he got more of a bad attitude. i explained that the potato was for my wife and she is a vegetarian. i asked for extra cheese and green onion. by the way this was the smallest potato i have ever got from there and just few pieces of cheese. When i got home there was a small piece of meat right in the middle of it. Another thing i did not get on my last order was onion strings. This time i received 4 or 5 little pieces .i was supposed to get a full rack of ribs and he argued with me about it. i called and left several messages over the next few day for the owner to call me. either someone is deleting the messages so he wont get then or he just does not care, either way i will find some where to spend my money once a week .

This was our first time eating at Dickey's and it was exceptionally delicious!! The brisket sandwiches were loaded with flavor, just about melted in our mouths and was beyond tender. The mac n cheese was so creamy, the batter on the onion rings was scrumptious and the pulled pork frito pie was mouthwatering. The girls working their magic behind the counter were quick and great with remembering all our orders. Superb customer service!! Everything we ordered was ON POINT!! We highly recommend Dickey's in Lake Elsinore!! The crew will take very good care of you !!!

I really like most of the food they serve. I do think the brisket is a bit dry. The pulled pork is juicy. The baked beans are flavorful. Their regular BBQ sauce is very good and not too spicy. Service is quick and friendly. Don't forget the soft serve cones!!

Normally I really enjoy Dicky's Barbecue. However the sandwich that I got this time was their barbecued turkey. I seem to have gotten an end piece which was absolutely chewy and inedible. The staff however was very nice. My suggestion to them would be not to serve the end pieces.

I think it might have a new owner at this location. Things are not quite the same, such as no ice cream for free and their prices have gone higher. The green beans were so salty I couldn't even eat them, but the manager was nice enough to replace the green beans with some of their great coleslaw.
