My in-laws took us here for my birthday. A nice place to celebrate! A classic supper club type place. Nice wine list. My husband & I both got the half roast duckling, my father-in-law got a steak & mother-in-law got walleye. All were very good.
Just had a wonderful meal at the lake Elmo inn. Staff was beyond friendly and accommodating while doing a great job of being conscious of social distancing and spacing. As a younger couple it was great to enjoy an upscale restaurant that didn’t have a stuffy or dated feel to it.

I was so impressed with our dinner. The only thing that bummed me out was that I did t take pictures to share. We started with the calimari which was good, then they brought out a little sorbet ice cream cone for a pallet cleanser. I ordered the bone in beef tenderloin and it was fantastic.
