Panera Bread

Positive Update! I’m seeing new faces working at this Panera and the difference is already unbelievable. I brought my 3 month old in this morning to pick up a fairly large breakfast order. I went in because they did not have the curbside option available and I’ve been told I cannot pickup rapid pickup in the drive thru. I had my hands quite full. A lovely employee did not hesitate to help me out to my car. She very kindly explained that they are short staffed, and that she was making sure they were doing their best to accommodate rapid pickup through the drive thru. Gives me some hope for this location! Have never had a friendly or productive experience here. Busy or absolutely no one else in the restaurant, no one seems to want to serve or interact with their customers. Getting the correct order is hit or miss, on top of the unpleasant atmosphere. 6/30/2022 - another trip to my local Panera just means another missing item. Never a full order completed at this location.

Panera Bread in Lake City offers a convenient location to preorder and pick up food as you are passing through. There is a drive through window but the wait and lines seem a little congested at times. There is tons of parking out back. And the establishment is clean and orderly. The Panera Bread app for you phone allows you to preorder and save orders for the kids as our kids order the same thing every time. Check out and enjoy the convenience!

Parking lot needs a raiders of lost ark treasure map and a decoder ring to find a way in this yuppie nirvana. The people inside don't GAS and really could care less if you are there or not. Not very nice not helpful. Coffee is weak and Luke warm. Seating and walls are in serious bad need of a remodel. Oh I forgot I don't tip restaurants where I have to be the waitress.
