Fresh delicious food all the time. Very refined and consistent. Because of the small menu, everything is always fresh. Because of the changing menu, you can always eat different foods. I would eat here every day if I could! Thank you so much. When in town, I do eat here almost every day!!!!
I saw the amazing reviews and drive out here. I got the kung pao shrimp. It was okay, nothing great. The Mac salad was delicious.
Edge is a terrific new food truck in Lahaina. I love several of their super-tasty plates, including blackened mahi, chicken katsu, panko fried shrimp, and ahi sashimi. Their menu often changes, so there are more delicious new things to try.
Someone recommended we try this food truck and we are so glad we did. The food was excellent. The chicken katsu was very tasty. The beef in the beef stew was so very tender. You will love it. The egg rolls were great and perfectly cooked. Parking was great because it is off the main streets and very easy to park. We are trying to figure out how we can make time for another meal here before we return home to the mainland. Try these guys out. You will not be disappointed. Awesome food!
Teriyaki Chicken, cooked perfectly, I am not a fan of the thin sauce, but the flavor was great, rice was correct and potato salad was the suprising star. Not going to give it a 4, deserves a 5, personal preference doesn't stop good food. This was good food
Edge Maui food truck is one of a kind! I have had five meals here so far and every single one has been every bit of excellent. Very friendly and professional staff, with great service. The chefs take pride in there work and create phenomenal mouth watering dishes! A MUST TRY
Today, for the first time, I visited Edge Maui. I saw on their menu before Chili and Rice, so today that's what I was ‘ono for. On the top of the menu today is Ono in White Lemon Butter. Hō ka ‘ono!! It was so good all the way around. I am a gravy and rice girl. I mean any sorta gravy, even au jus sauce. The sauce was whoa good!! My tummy is very happy 🤩
