Alchemy is such a gem!! The kombucha flavors and quality are insane, and they do all of their food so well! After traveling multiple islands and trying lots of coffee, I can say Alchemy had the best coffee I had during my time on the islands. They are amazing!

While visiting Maui my wife and I ate at alchemy Maui 4 days in a row. We just could not get enough of their breakfast and lunch. Considering all the restaurants in Lahaina and how expensive it all can be, we believe that going to alchemy Maui you get a what you pay for plus the food is just outstanding. I’d chose this place over any fancy restaurant in Lahaina because truthfully you are only paying for ambiance when you go out to most of these restaurants. The quality of food here is something that is rare no matter where you go in the states. We are so bummed we won’t have alchemy Maui as a regular go to place in our lives but you better believe it that when we come back to Maui, alchemy is the the first place we are driving to once we get off that plane.

Great kombucha selections! James greeted us at the counter and was super sweet and helpful! We tried multiple seasonal and year-round kombuchas and settled on Tahitian Lime. Had a pesto veg sandwich and substituted eggplant for seasoned sautéed peppers, the baguette was fresh and sandwich tasted great. The accompanying hot sauce was special. Had the truffle fries and they were slightly under but edible. Would recommend!

This place was great for a mid-afternoon stop! It's off the beaten path in Lahaina, so not super busy, but still had amazing food and kombucha. The fish tacos were slightly pricier (still comparable to Maui prices) but let me tell you- they were DELICIOUS. And they offer a kombucha flight so you can find the one you like best, though they have so many tasty options you can't go wrong.
I wish I had gotten her name, but the woman working when we went was incredibly friendly and helpful!

I am an amateur kombucha connoisseur (joking, I drink many different kombuchas but still know nothing about them). Their on tap kombuchas are super delicious. They had me at papaya kombucha, I am a simple man.
The food is also fresh and delicious, the beef pastrami is nice.

Really cool place. They were friendly and it was fun to taste all the different Kombucha’s. Pork tacos were yummy too. I would go back.

Amazing sandwiches! The Pastrami was the best we had. The best kombucha I have every tried too, and I don’t really like kombucha. Ginger and Pineapple and the local passionfruit one were my favorites.

This place is so good! Off the beaten tourist path of Front St, so mostly locals. The kombucha is brewed literally right next door.

I loved the lemongrass chicken banhmi bowl! The rice was cooked perfectly and the texture of the veggie noodles were so fresh and crunchy!
I also was upsold on one of their craft kombuchas on tap, and as someone who normally hates the stuff, I LOVED it. I got a hibiscus coconut flavor and it was so crisp and refreshing.

Amazing service and very high quality kombucha, sandwiches and tacos. On the upper end of my personal budget for food, but totally worth it! Pictured is the lobster sandwich, the chicken club sandwich, and the fish tacos. We loved that the tacos had a kick to them and the Maui slaw was the perfect compliment to all the food. Tried four of the kombucha flavors and liked all of them but my favorite was the huckleberry and pea flower one (the purple one in the photo). Enjoyed sitting outside while it was sprinkling rain, as we were totally protected under the roof overhang. Highly recommend! Felt like a hidden gem type of place.
