I will miss you TACO LOCO!! The nostalgia I have for this place… I would come here with friends after every full moon drum circle.. I loved the tacos and their fresh made avo guac.. the horchata.. the vibes… staring at the full moon over taco loco.. feeling so content here.. you were loved by many and you will be missed !!! 😭

I've been coming here for over 20 years, this is one of my top 3 restaurants I have to hit when I'm home. I've come here with friends, family, and by myself. The tofu mushroom burger is my favorite with a beer and a vegan brownie. I am finding a way to fly home before Gonzo closes. Heart break express 💔

Wanted to see what all the hype is about. Stopped by and the tacos are delicious. It's definitely a must if in the area. The owner informed us they will be closing at the end of the season, so if you get a chance to get over there for some yummy tacos.. run! It's a VERY small place and seating is limited but worth it. Parking is limited.. Best bet is to find street parking (Good luck!).

My family and I stopped here on the way to Anaheim. I had the fish and the calamari tacos, which were amazing! The chef crafted a purple Quesadilla for my 4 year old niece, since he heard it was her favorite color. Helped to avoid a meltdown lol. Obviously this place is frequented by the locals!

Sad to see it’s closing in September 2023. The best classic California tacos and nachos and the original vegetarian for option in Orange County for the last 35+ years.

Honestly so good. Yes, expensive, but so is everything else around here. I got a taco salad, partner got quesadillas. They were both awesome. Service was excellent.

Great local taco joint! Service was friendly and pretty fast. Parking is tough on a busy day - street parking is your best bet. The tortillas were particularly great and loved the added guac and salsa they add on when you pick up your order. Not too much seating either. I suggest going for an early lunch to heat the crowd + take advantage of their taco Tuesday special prices!

The fish taco was excellent (love the blue corn, but make sure you ask for it) and the carnitas nachos were very good. Great salsa, too — probably my highlight.

We got the salmon Taco and the vegan phish burrito. They were delicious and came out surprisingly fast. The banana chocolate smoothies were refreshing! Highly recommend Taco Loco for the atmosphere and the food.
