I tried the Lumberyard thru Doordash and what an amazing experience. The chicken sandwich was still beyond crispy upon arrival. Unbelievably tasty zucchini strips and the fire roasted artichoke was a winner. Highly recommend. Will definitely dine in next time.

The BEST clam chowder I've ever had. Crab cake salad was also amazing. And if you're into sardines that was really cool too. Were the sardines worth 25$? I dunno but it was cool that they serve them here and it was nice being able to turn my boyfriend on to canned sardines which in another atmosphere I don't know if he'd be as willing.

The LumberYard was recommended by a local person, and it was a great recommendation!
It was not really busy when my friend and I went in .. off and on a slow day guests are not given the attention they deserve.
Not so at the The Lumberyard!
Everyone was very courteous the service was excellent.
And, most importantly, the food was excellent! We just had a hamburger and fries but the fries were wonderful the best I've had in a long time.. and the hamburger was Angus beef and a half pound and absolutely delicious.
Everyone was friendly, and considerate... I highly recommend, if you are in Laguna Beach you need to eat here!!!

This place is outstanding! Wonderful food! We had a large party and they were incredibly accommodating for our needs and wishes.
Service was excellent.
We had a variety of the shared plates and all were very tasty.
Everyone enjoyed their main dishes. And deserts were very tasty.

THIS PLACE WAS AMAZING! I got the half pound Angus burger and the burger was so flavorful and just a perfect texture no blood no nothing was great!
The waiter and waitress that severed us were super friendly and helpful.
This was the first time the whole family was happy with the food.
Thank you lumberyard for an amazing birthday dinner.

It was busy and we walked in on a Friday night, they were pretty busy... They are on open table though, so you can make reservations. For us it was a last minute as our other plans fell through, so we sat at the bar...full menu. The drink menu has unusual drinks but it's also a full bar. Had the grilled artichoke for appetizer...yummm. For dinner, I had the pasta dish and my husband had the fish and chips. Both were very good. It was a bit noisy, but it's a Friday night, anywhere you go is going to be busy and noisy. It was downtown in the shopping area.

Came for a business lunch and the service was very attentive and was a nice quiet setting in a beautiful setting of Laguna Beach. The chicken had a nice flavor and was perfectly cooked to a Coca Cola brown char on top.
Pricing was reasonable and the highest priced item I saw on the menu was a $49 Filet. With their location in Laguna Beach I feel like they could charge even more considering the food quality and location.
Highly recommend this California gem and had it been a nicer day would have sat outside on their patio.
Great place for a steak and wine, business meal or dinner date.

The cornbread, baby back ribs, meatloaf, skirt steak, and salmon salad were amazing! Highly recommend the baby back ribs with street corn overall. The portion was huge and the flavor was great. The meat came off the bone so easily! Everyone finished their meal quickly. The apple mango cobbler was good as well!

Came in for lunch on a Saturday, food was delicious and hot! Great atmosphere it was warm and cozy and our waiter Dave was a nice guy kept checking on us to make sure we were ok. The fish and chips were great! Portion size was good and my favorite part was that it was all fresh food.
