Wow! How disappointing my visit was. There were no condiments, no napkins, no sweet tea, ice was on the floor and a huge puddle that someone could have easily slipped on. Food was overcooked and the fries were soggy. The only reason this isn't getting a one star because the person who checked us out was friendly. Won't return and don't recommend.

My chicken strips were overcooked and hard. I have never had chicken like this before at Zaxby’s. The tea wasn’t good either and I love the tea, but not at this location.

AWFUL service AND food! Went there this evening and spent over 40 minutes there! We went in 1st because there is a giant sign out front stating they have dine in but apparently they close the dining room early. So then we go to the drive thru and sat in the drive thru for 40 minutes!!!! My Cajun club is burned, missing the tomatoes, and looks like a truck ran it over. Inedible! Also, not a single napkin was handed out!

My chicken tenders was very nasty like it was fried in old grease. My fries was nasty too. I just gave it to my dogs but they didn't want it. I just wasted my money.

Several menu items unavailable. Every table was disgusting. No napkins, even when given food. No toilet paper in ladies restroom. Chicken fingers dry. Fries room temperature in one of meals, but warm in two. No tea available. Floor extremely sticky. Will not return!

Short staffed. But the staff the was excellent. You can tell somethings weren't perfect, but the new staff is trying extremely hard and they are very friendly.

Awful experience. Where to start? The AC wasn’t working so it was 80+ degrees inside the dining room. The womens bathroom looks like it hasn’t been cleaned in years. No paper towel in the dispensers and no soap. Waited 25 minutes for our food. Thought this was supposed to be “FAST food?” Went to the counter to ask for ketchup. No ketchup! Beyond disappointed and the over all cleanliness was disgusting.

I got to this location at 9:45pm to order food through the drive through and they explained they only had enough food to do one zax snack which didn’t make sense to me because the location closes at 10pm which the worker in the drive thru did agree on as well. Why are y’all closing before closing time? You have one job as a fast food worker. Cook the food according to the menu and serve it to the customers. Why is that so hard?
However the manager did correct the problem and cooked our food as we asked fresh.
