Domino's Pizza

Wait an hour and 20 minutes to get the wrong order when I called back to get a refund Jessica acted like it was too difficult to refund me the money to give me a discount on the wrong items if you’ve got an extra hour to kill and like cold food please order from this Domino’s I’m sure you will be just as satisfied as I am. Salad looks super not fresh. If you could give 0 stars that’s what I would have done.

If you don't like to eat food off the floor avoid this location! We ordered two pizzas. The Brooklyn was a absolute soggy mess. My wife was hungry and wanted to deal with hers it wasn't as bad. I called the number on the receipt over and over again until I eventually drove up there. I asked for a refund for my pizza and the delivery fee since I had to drive back up there. The person at the counter said the only way he could do that is to refund the order and charge me for the other pizza. I said that was fine. He then tryed to charge me a higher price for the other pizza. Mean while items are falling off the oven belt onto the floor. He asks me to hold on a second and proceeds to pick food off the floor and box it up to be given to a customer! He comes back and refunds my entire order.

I'm 100% done with dominoes. I understand things happen but this isn't the 1st or 3nd time this has happened. The last time I called and was told "I have no control over it, if you want you can drive up here and ill remake it". This shouldn't have ever left the store and whoever cut this brownie had to notice it wasn't right. You can't even pick it up its so gooey.

The ordering was smooth online because the option to save previous pie build. The pie Master inside the store was very professional and looked kinda like Jimmy Hendrix ...;the pizza was barely par but you don't get much these days for 20 bucks lol .. My 110lb wife ate all but 1 piece of a large 5 topping hand tossed!

Waited more than 1hr 30 minutes to get the wrong order when I went to the store back to get a refund employee took almost 45 mins just to give me my money back telling my manager Jessica will come and give refund acted like it was too difficult for the guy to refund me the money making wrong orders and not give you your money back either Employee dont wear gloves they touch your pizza without gloves and add toppings to it without washing thier hands

I placed an online order at 2:49 on 1/9/22 for delivery. Payment went through and all. I have kids at home waiting on their pizza. At 4:24 pm I called to see where is the pizza. Only to be told by someone half asleep there is not a delivery person available until 5 pm. No apology or anything only can you come pick up the order. I asked would the order be remade since it's been over an hour. Silence on the line then a reluctant i guess so. This is a huge inconvenience as I am experiencing the raft of covid right now. So now I must muster the strength the go up there. Why if the order was placed online and you had no drivers how hard is it to pick up the phone to say such. This is totally unacceptable. You have lost me as a customer. I will go where my money and time are appreciated. Common sense and common courtesy not practiced at this establishment. Went to pickup order that is not suppose to have garlic crust as we are allergic to garlic. Pizza is plastered with it. So concern for your customers with allergies. Night shift manager was just complacent.
