Got the orders wrong.no fork with the chili coney .ask waitress was in there.she said yes ,an it wasn't. Has happened twice now.chicken sandwich was small when you pay for a big one an greasey.no condiments.have call an ask .not good

Sonic in Lafayette, Tennessee makes the best drinks compared to other Sonic locations nearby. The ap however, doesn't always work properly.

Every time I go to this Sonic my order is always wrong. Tonight was an extra dry, grilled chicken sandwich instead of a burger and a regular burger drenched in mayo when it was supposed to be a double cheese burger with NO mayo. I have not been here a single time where they either haven’t forgotten something or I haven’t gotten all the way home to apparently have someone else’s order. I understand this is a place for teenagers to work but it takes two seconds to care about doing your job right the first time. My aunt, mom, and uncle have been managers of multiple different Sonics and this place is extremely disappointing and I don’t know how they convince anyone to give them more than 1-2 stars! At least they got my toddlers grilled cheese in the bag and not a BLT 🙄
