Einstein Bros. Bagels

What a sorry excuse for a Lox bagel. There's barley any cream cheese on it at all. I got 1 ring of an onion. And barley any capers. Just went back inside to fix my order, the cashier saw me with my food and turned around and walked away from me. After calling someones attention to ask for more toppings all she did was give me more capers, didn't even apologize and was very standoffish. No cream cheese even though that's what I asked her for and showed her how my bagel was barley smeared. No napkins in the bag for my door dash pickup either. And the place isn't even busy. $14 and I can't even get adequate toppings on a bagel, come on guys 😮‍💨If being there and having to get my food fixed hadn't already made me late for a work meeting I would have insisted on a refund right then. To top it off I also just pulled a piece of ripped plastic glove out of my mouth that was in my sandwich 🤮 I want my money back.

The one time I ate here, the food was very mediocre, and the service was bad. I also deliver for Doordash, and have had numerous bad experiences with the staff here, but today something happened that prompted me to finally write a review. I received a four item order for their customer, and was 15 minutes away. I drove across town anyway to pick up the order. When I finally arrived, they had a small line, so I figured they might not have the order ready, so I asked the counter when I could expect the order to be ready to go. The exact response I received was: "it's a huge order, and we prioritize our in- house customers. We're not going to start it yet, and we don't know when we're going to get to it." -remember, four items and fifteen minutes. I guess this place is okay for one sandwich, but if you want something bigger than that,or want to have your order delivered, expect the staff here to treat you AND your delivery driver like complete garbage. They don't treat their customers or their business associates with any respect. Personally, I'd much rather drive the five minutes and go to either Moe's or Big Daddies. The food is a lot better at either of those places, and so is the service.

This is long overdue as I've probably eaten here 1-2 times a week for the last year. Food is decent, good for a quick bagel fix. 1 star because they consistently put a microscopic amount of cream cheese on their bagels. I'm looking at my nova lox bagel right now and I bet you there is less than one tablespoon of cream cheese across both bagel slices. You can see the bagel through the cream cheese anywhere you look. 1 star until I notice a consistent difference but this is probably the 50th+ time it's been of this quality or worse. edit: 8 months later and literally nothing has changed, here is a picture of what ordering "extra cream cheese" gets you

Went here for lunch today. My goto lunch here is a pepperoni pizza bagel, barbeque chips and a soda. I have not been here in a while and I don't now if these issues I have are just at this location or other locations. When I drove up, I noticed a few people eating at tables and chairs outside. When entered, there were no tables or chairs and the bench was covered with their umbrellas, so you ate outside or in you car. The pepperonia pizza bagel is a little messy so I chose to eat outside. Today, weather wise was not too bad. I had a coat on. The wind was blowing a little and I has some difficulty controlling my napkins. The service and food were good. They only had one flavor of potato, sea salt, when before there were several. Also there were only three flavors of soda, when there were usually 6 or 8. When eating outside there is one trash can half way down the block and it was full. I went inside to refill my sode and throw away my trash and that trash can was getting full.

Very rude, they don't know how to talk to people, very snotty, No one would speak to me.. finally after 3 people walked past me many times I was able to order, I had to wait a long time for cream cheese. No one wanted to wait on me or speak to me. When I told them how good the coffee was and said goodbye, have a nice day.. nothing. Rude

They literally parked an empty car in the drive thru so that no one can use it. We sat there a while waiting. All because they ran out of bagels, apparently? Lol I'm trying to feed my friend before I take him to the emergency room right now. Absolutely ridiculous, and the food was ready underwhelming.
