This place never disappoints. Their bread is obviously good. I love their butter rolls, fruit bars, and the savory loaf is to die for. What really gets me though is everything that makes them unique. They make amazing sandwiches on top of being a typical bakery. Their sugar cream pie has officially made me a Hoosier as I have never liked it before, but now I can't wait to get another one from them because it's so good. Above all the people that work there are truly special. Enthusiastic, friendly, and informative. Overall it might be my favorite place in all of Lafayette, let alone bakery!

Local bakery that boasts delicious breads, pies, cookies, hot sandwiches and so much more. With quaint space to work, read, or relax. The owner will likely come out and chat with you. I've never had a disappointing experience here.
Great sandwiches and bakery as well as excellent consistent customer service! The Denver w/ Sourdough substitute Ham for Turkey is one of my favorites! I truly enjoy being a patron here.

I recommend the Virginia Savory and Popeye (which has cheese and spinach in it!).
Their catered box meals are good for a tasty group meal.
I placed an order online for a breakfast tray from their catering menu for my customer service department. The website was user friendly and it was easy to place my order. I received a confirmation text that my order was ready for pick up. I got there 5 minutes before the designated time I chose for pick up and they had my order ready and waiting. When I walked in, I was promptly greeted by a friendly employee and offered a sample/sharing of bread. The restaurant itself was very clean. This is my first experience with Great Harvest Bread and I will be returning!
Great little place that some friends suggested for lunch. Wonderful sandwiches with fresh-made bread! Delicious! Everything is made fresh to order! Lots of homemade baked goods for sale.
