Better service finally. Met GM Don and expressed this to him. He offered me a job but never hired me. He shook my hand and said it's nice to meet you. He said if want a job you got one. Filled out the online application and went and met with him he denied everything that I'm saying. Oh and he never called either even after asking me my name and phone number

I have to say I did not eat at the store but I did contact this store after having a problem at another store the manager there was very friendly she was very helpful and she even offered to assist in any way she could allowing me to have a conversation with the marketing person for the West Congress store so I found her customer service amazing and I hope that her store cleanliness and her customer service is as good as it was for me w

So fresh it's too hot to eat! Just wish they'd include a biscuit with the chicken. They aren't that expensive to make. Also, staff was one of the better ones.

Depends on the cook I guess. Need a cooking test before they hire a fry cook 🙄 Sick of getting greasy, soggy chicken. I want greasy, crunchy chicken when I think church's! And a sweet, buttery biscuit 😋

I love the honey biscuits. Just not always satisfied with customer service there but haven't had a problem with the food at all.

They run out of chicken pretty quickly but its always delicious. Expect to wait for your chicken to be made from scratch if you come by late.
