Perfect seasoning at the perfect price! Went on Saturday afternoon and got 10lbs of boiled crawfish for $30. Can’t beat those prices anywhere even though the market is flooded. The heat and flavor were perfect.
Good customer service. We called on Sat afternoon to inquire about live blue crabs we wanted to pick up on Sun morning before heading home. The large crabs were decent size, a lot of males! The prices were average, about what you would expect.No idea what other people have complained about. I would recommend Chez Francois to anyone looking for fresh seafood.
Since the start at home order was put in effect I've been shopping crawfish prices. For two weeks I picked up 10lbs for $25!!!! The seasoning was good, they weren't too dirty, and they were a good size. Today they're back to the regular price of $30 for 10 lbs and I'm still buying. The staff is good, my order is always correct, and I like that they have a good selection of frozen fish items. Give them a try, they're cheap enough.
I have enjoyed the freshest seafood around from Francois for years. If you want it they have it. The lady behind the register can be a little rude, but if you want fresh high quality seafood live or cooked that's the spot. Drove 80 plus miles to visit them today! That should say it all!
Ordered 12 medium boiled crabs. Seasoned to perfection. No empty crabs. Ready on time. Quality, Service and Price at one location. Excellent. Wish they had large crabs today, but maybe next time. Good selection of other seafood.
Best crawfish. Amazing flavor and they cooked them just right. I also got some shrimp and fish too.
The store smells like Cajun spices, the people who work there are friendly, it takes seconds to get your crawfish, and it tastes great 👍

Boiled crawfish is amazing and a great deal
Got crawfish and shrimp boil.. the crawfish were not great but it was freezing and offseason.. the shrimp were terrific!
