GreenRoom has been the best overall chill/drink/billiards (now great food) spot in Downtown Lafayette since it's inception.

Great local dive bar! The patrons and satff are friendly and welcoming. Although the bar does not have food, they is often a great food truck parked out back. Great atmosphere and casual attitude. Pool tables, lounge area, sidewalk seating for people watching.
The best art gallery in town, featuring several artist at a time. Also the only art gallery open 7days a week.

Best Bar Downtown. This is the nicest, cleanest, and friendliest bar in Downtown Lafayette by far. They have great drink specials, including their happy hour from 4-8 everyday, showcase local artists, multiple pool tables, so there is something for everyone here. Check it out.

Chill place. Only complaint is that they'll put a temporary charge on your credit card while it's open regardless of what you spend. And maybe it's just my bank but the charge stays for nearly a week, even after the authorization has cleared. Spent 6 bucks last Friday and its Wednesday with a 20 temp charge still hanging, along with the 6$ charge.

The Greenroom is an awsome place.The food here is outstanding, with a menu that caters to all tastes. The drink selection is impressive too, with a great variety of beers, wines, and innovative cocktails. The atmosphere is relaxed and cozy, making it the perfect place to unwind after a long day.

I guess you can say I’m a regular at GR, but I will say I have respect for this business I love the new seating arrangements they did awhile back, it’s something different for once and comfortable to chill from standing up too. I do find this place as favorite my chill spot downtown considering I personally don’t find a problem with this place, it definitely brings in crowd flowing on Wednesdays for sure and of course on the weekends too. GreenRoom your awesome!💚
