Mr Blaine the manager and the employees are amazing! Very friendly! They let me know about the unlimited sip club when I went in to pickup my catering order. They walked me through step by step and emphasized the great value of the sip club. Highly recommend! The food was hot and fresh!! They made the entire experience so easy! Stop in and see them!

Would have been five stars but they were out of coffee. Not their fault as I’m sure they’re understaffed like so many restaurants are these days. They did make a fresh batch and it was delicious. Food was also delicious and yes a little pricey but this is Panera. They’ve always been pricey.

Pickup service was great girl at register was a little tired.
I moved from Norfolk VA to Alex LA! No Panera! So, I drove to Lafayette to shop and made a mental note to drop by PB on my way home.

Visiting from out of Town walked in Jennifer greeted not only myself but several others with a smiling face. Everyone was very friendly and efficient. Every table was clean plenty of seating.
