No matter what you favorite is. It’s all good. Even better is the service. The warm personality of the entire staff. You simply can’t go wrong at Pimon Thai. A Houston Trip to Lafayette is always a must stop at Pimon Thai.
Love this local place. Green curry was on point and was able to get fresh thai chili's on the side to spice it up a bit. Pad thai was excellent. Service was a bit slow at times but never totally forgotten about. Room was a bit dark for the type of restaurant and size, etc.
One of my favorite Thai places to go in Lafayette, food is always good, although sometimes service is slow, but it will be worth it! We had the following:
-Crispy Spring Roll
-Fried Calamari
-Crabmeat Fried Rice
-Thai Ribeye - the sauce on the ribeye is very herby, and pack with flavor!
- Crying Tiger Ribeye - delicious and have a little spicy kick to it
-Roast Duck over Fried Rice - Tender roast duck topped with a savory glaze, served over Thai fried rice - the roasted duck was pretty decent, especially since you cannot find roasted duck anywhere in Lafayette
Good place for some Thai food!

Really great food and good staff. One of my favorite restaurants in town.
How this place isn't absolutely slammed is amazing to me. So much flavor! The Gang Panang hot with fried catfish was absolutely outstanding! My wife had the Gang Dang with beef which was also very good. The Egg Rolls were also some of the best I've had. I am a big Thai food fan, and this is the best I've had!
I had the garlic shrimp and it was delicious. Everyone with me said their food was delicious very quick service, very very friendly happy staff!!! Good size portions for the fair price.
Food's pretty good the curry well it's kind of like everywhere else in town they kind of skimp out on the coconut milk but still it's a good restaurant
Staff is incredible so friendly and attentive. Love this restaurant.
Good service and tasty food. I brought a guest and she loved it.
My girlfriend and I couldn't decide between our usual Thai restaurant (down the street;) and Pimon Thai, but ultimately we decided to try a new Thai spot and we were definitely glad we did.!. The food was almost entirely good (we had Yellow Curry, Pineapple Fried Rice, and *Pad See Ew *BEST of the three dishes).
And our hostess/server was an extremely polite, attentive, and knowledgeable young woman named Adrian (?). She checked in on us no less than 3x during our 30min. visit and was always prompt and pleasant the entire time, with a smile and eye contact (big plus++).
The inside decor was a nice blend of traditional features with a touch of modern design and color. There was a nice looking bar area as well.!
Overall, one of the best dining experiences we've had while visiting Lafayette.! Needless to say, we'll be back;)
