Stopped in for ice cream. It's been a long time since I went. Love the atmosphere and the employees are great! Ended up getting cookies & cream ice cream with oreo and waffle pieces as topping. The homemade ice cream is totally worth it. It was very busy with kids getting off of school.
Pleasant place to enjoy your ice cream.They have a good variety and prices are very reasonable.They even have puddings which they sell in gallons .3 big gallons of ice cream in around 44$ .You can enjoy with family whole of your summers .Menu is attached .I got this chocolate pudding big 3 gallon box in same price .They have slightly increased prices for some other flavors which goes around 58$ for 3 gallons.
They have variety of sprinkles and other items which kids love on their ice creams .They even have malts which are too good,cookies,sorbet,shakes and what not.Sowhat are you waiting for please go and enjoy!!
They even have ample of parking space ,so no worries .Even outdoor seating is available to enjoy the road side view in the evening 🌆

The building has changed new look but still great service and ice cream. And of course prices increased: strawberry shake,single scoup waffle cone and 2 hot dogs $16. Thanks Borden, stay forever!
Super nice kids working here. And great ice cream flavors and options! It's old school and chill. Be prepared to wait a few minutes in line, they make it all as it's ordered. Even the ice cream sandwiches.
I got nachos with everything in it and some chocolate chip cookies the server was very patient cause I didn’t know what I wanted but the food is delicious and I’ll definitely be going back…. Absolutely lovers it

The gold brick Sunday was delicious. Nice clean restaurant. Good quality ingredients and ice cream. Outstanding service! Our server was informative and attentend to us until we decided what we wanted then he prepared our order. I hope that's standard operation because it got my attention.Thanks for doing a great job.
If I could give 6 stars I would! GREAT customer service!! Very knowledgeable about the products and history of the store. You can tell the employees enjoy working there, especially Charlie (told ya I'd do a shout out! 😜). We came in about 9:30, and were the last ones out. They were very helpful and patient with us, since it was our first time there and didn't know what we wanted. Loved the atmosphere, and the ice cream was amazing. We both had make your own banana splits, and a frozen banana. SO GOOD! When we come back to Lafayette, we're definitely coming back. Highly recommend this place for all ice cream lovers!!
