Updated. We went in again!!! Food was delicious and hot! Our server did an amazing job. Just goes to show always give a place a second chance. Food was very good. Took a long time to come out though. Our waiter did a decent job.
Burger was cooked pink instead of well done, service was okay, the rest was pretty good except for having to wait on the last dish for awhile after they forgot it. Update: the last time I was there it was excellent the food and the service so I will be returning
This is our first time back to Applebee's in more than 3 years. This visit was much better than they were in the past. The food was good The service was good. Our waiter was very efficient and attentive to our needs
A big plus was...the silverware was clean.
I enjoy eating here. We had fantastic service from a busy waitress. We got the "gift card deal", so we'll be back.!
There were 4 in our party.
#1 (me) had fish & chips. The fries were cold not warm but cold. The fish tasted like Gordon's grocery freezer fish.
Cole slaw was good and french onion soup was just ok.
#2 Ayce ribs were very meaty & good. Friends were cold.
#3 Ayce boneless wings were just ok and again cold fries
#4 ayce shrimp and cold fries. The shrimp was very good surprisingly.
The reason for a 2 star review is ;
The service was very slow. We waited a very long time to get the first foods.
The refills were more timely.
Our server was polite but we had to chase him down for refills on food. No fry refills were brought. No refills on drinks.
Everything was delicious it was my first time eating at Applebee's and it was a very good experience it was so reasonable too. We ordered two dinners for $25.00 with either your choice of two house or ceaser salads. Or an appetizer to share. And they weren't skimpy with the servings either. We got the boneless wing appetizer
One chicken strip dinner with garlic mashed potatoes and
Fiesta Lime Chicken with Garlic mashed potatoes instead of rice.

Everyone knows what to expect at an Applebee’s, but this location really surprised us. The restaurant was “hospital clean”, our waitress was so friendly and helpful (appears she enjoys her job and people!), food was outstanding; really a great visit. Congratulations and looking forward to seeing you again real soon.
One of the best experiences we have had at Applebees in a long time l, the food was on point!! Great food, chicken won ton tacos, all you can eat boneless wings!! And the service that our server Xavier added was phenomenal, he was previously a line cook, he made sure our food passed his QC. We will request him in the future, great job Xavier!!!
We both had the chicken & broccoli Alfredo and it was absolutely delicious. Our waitress was greet, attentive and sweet. Don't know why we haven't been there for a while but will definitely be going more often now.
Got here at 11am. Hostess did not smile or show any personality, 11:15 still no service. Sat and listened to employees chatting over in corner, manager talking to someone about training, finally got watered down pepsi. Had to send it back. At 11:20 Finally Brian came over and asked if we had been helped. We said no so he took over. He brought drinks back and they were much better. Food came at 11:32, and we were all surprised that it was all good. After starting off bad. BRIAN saved the day. Steaks done perfect. Chicken juicy. Rating went from a 1 or 2 star to a 4! 99% because of Brian. He should be commended on his excellent customer service!!
