I frequent this Starbucks quite often, as it’s near my work, and it’s always an easy, quick, and dependable go-to for me. My experience today especially motivated me to give this review for the customer service representative named Zach. There were issues with my order that were totally my fault, yet he insisted on making it right and even went above and beyond in doing so. Great store and great staff!

saw the staff politely and respectfully handle a VERY demanding, difficult and extremely rude customer. i am frequently at this location multiple times a week and i have never had a single issue here. highly recommend (unless you are someone looking for problems everywhere you go). :)

The staff at this Starbucks is hands-down the nicest staff at any Starbucks I've been to. They manage their time exceptionally and are SO polite and sweet! I'm always delighted by how nice they are!

This is the first stop of every morning before I start my day. Love the drive through feature, but the mobile ordering is starting to be my best option. For any Starbucks fan, this location is fantastic!

Decent Starbucks location. The best part of this location compared to the other location in Ladera Ranch is the drive through. I don’t really like having to get out of my car and wait in line early in the morning so this makes life easy. The drawback is the dive through line can be somewhat long in the morning but I give myself enough time in the morning so it doesn’t impact me too much!

Good well-known Starbucks experience here. Employees are very helpful and serve with a smile. Wish the background music volume is reduced. Or provide space to join a conference call without struggling to listen to the call.

It's a newer Starbucks and has a lot of space to seat. It also has a private area in the back with a long table to work at. TIP: try to stay away between the time of 2:30pm to 4:00pm, it's after school time and the place gets super busy.

This store occupies a large space with great lighting. There is a somewhat separated quiet area with an enormous table that is off to one side. Lots of plugs to hook into and great wifi. The service and drinks are standard Starbucks (great).

I am so thrilled this Starbucks moved in. It is roomy and comfortable with lots of seating making it a great place to hang out. The layout is broken up, too, so you don't feel like you're in a cafeteria. I haven't come in for the evening wine sampling but will sometime soon.
