Goody Good Donuts

This classic local bakery has the best donuts I have ever had! The apple cider donuts are the best and are worth a half hour drive. I also had a honeydip donut that was perfectly soft, warm, and flaky. Be sure to get there EARLY, as they make limited batches and sell out fast. I went at 4:00 AM so everything was available, however expect limited options by 7 or 8. Overall an excellent experience that I will be sure to remember and visit again

Best donuts I've ever had, better get there before 9am if you want a good selection. They sell out quick! Couldn't sleep and walked there around 5ish, the girl at the counter was very nice and even informed us that if we waited a couple minutes, she could get us fresh jelly creme. We'll be coming back soon!

I really have no idea why this place is rated so highly. Went here today (Oct 2) before 6:00am and was quite taken aback by the very limited types of doughnuts available (7) and the quantity of those on-hand. Plus, they weren't even warm. You should not have to place your order the day prior to get the type you want. You might just wake up one morning and feel like eating doughnuts. The ones we got tasted as if too much leavening had been added leaving an aftertaste. My mother had an upset stomach all day from an apple cider one. I'll be sticking with Dunkin or Shaw's (which are actually quite decent!) from now on.
