Not a happy customer!! I bought 2 big mac meals and 2 separate big macs I start driving to pull over and check bag they only gave me to 2 big mac meals with drinks I went back in line through drive thru and said you did not give me 2 big macs you only gave me the big mac meals so they give the 2 big macs and said they are free I get home and pull food out they gave me 2 big macs plain I did not ask for plain I check my slip they had charged me total for the 2 big mac meals and the 2 separate big macs so how was the 2 separate big macs free? and on top it they heard wrong and gave me the 2 plain ones and the #'s on receipt don't even match on the 2 big macs that they forgot to top it of all our fries were stone cold by time I got home which I am 7 min away from you this is not the first time this has happened with not getting the whole order in bag or mix it up like tonight.

Ordered a burger with mustard only. Drove home 20 mins and it had only ketchup on it. Called to see if they could offer a refund. They will only offer a refund in person. So buyer beware at this location.

Decided to take me to small grandchildren need to McDonald’s for lunch, not a good idea. No we went inside and waited at the register for Someone to take our order , Has several people pass by no one offered to take out order or directed us to the new place your own order system. When we finally figured out what we were supposed to do with two young kids Intel who took our time which was a lengthy process placing an order meanwhile several other customers came in and when realizing the same thing walked out. Probably the last time I will eat inside at McDonald’s. Spend our money for absolutely no customer service.

It's a good place bring the kids, we were out in Laconia at church and the kids were hungry so we stopped by there. Right before we went over to a small amusement park. The food was good staff was great.

They just redid the place and it looks Awesome. Also, the food was very good and hot. By far my double quarter pounder w/cheese was very hot. Truly amazing...stop in try them out!!!

Mcdonald's are more the same than not. Which is good. I have eaten here many times and never had and complaints about my food. I always get a mcchicken and fries. If you are looking for a cheap lunch getting a mcchicken with a small fries and small drink is under 5$. Which is the perfect amount of food for me.

McDonalds has always been awsome like I really fell inlove wit the big Mac,, n so my experience has always been good ,, just this particular McDonalds for some reason I've never gotten an order served to me through the drive thru window ,,they always have us pull off n park n then someone comes out knocks on the window for ur attention and then you recieve ur meal

Food is never hot. Barely warm. Prices are to high. No such thing as a dollar menu anymore. No condiment packets.
