Food was hot and delicious, 5pc Nashville Hot FTW. Also the new Mt. Dew flavor (peach) was surprisingly good.

Hubby treated me for last birthday The chicken was worse KFC ever Chicken unproperly cooked (doubt it ever got pressure cooked) it tasted like left over convience store chicken. Some chicken pieces wetr so small they hadto be from a banty hen. However the cole slaw was very good. We wont be going back !

Based on my experiences here, the food has not been that good on each occasion. Lack of customer service exists here as well. With low quality food and poor customer service, it simply is not worth coming here. Wouldn't recommend or return.

Went here a few weeks earlier, and got a 2 peice meal combo. The mash potatoes were clumps of power potatoes, with gravy over them. So when I went this time I asked for mac and cheese instead of potatoes, they said that they can't do that. So I just got a order of mac and cheese and coleslaw. The macaroni was really soft, over cooked almost a mush texture. I'm not thinking I'll be returning to this place.

Today was my first time there. I thought if I went to Lacey instead of Puyallup I might get better service in a cleaner environment. The guy at the counter charged me for two orders when I clearly said one order and an extra drum stick. I could not understand one word of whatever language he was speaking. It seems like employees of KFC everywhere in this area are so unhappy and they are going to drive us away, working themselves right out of a job. I also used the restroom and nearly slipped and fell because the floor was so greasy! They probably use dirty, greasy water from the kitchen floor for the restroom floor too. Unbelievable. I won't be back. I'll take my hard-earned money elsewhere.

Chicken, mashed potatoes, and corn in a plastic bowl, all ready for me to just start eating? Heck yes I'm all in. Plus I'm a Pepsi Girl, and they've got that. Yum! (I wish their cookies weren't garbage though...)

It was nasty. They took 45 minutes to get my order it was so over cooked and gross. The fries were greasy. The only good thing was the Cole slaw. I won't be going back there until they find a better cook. And get better service.
