Mcdonald's

This early evening I came through the drive thru. I have been accumulating and losing rewards because I don't know how to do it. The last time I asked for help (in a different restaurant and state) they said "you just do it". Today however I asked for assistants and Lilo was more then happy to help guide me thru the process! I really appreciate her sincere kindness and service!!! Also it should be noted my food was hot perfect I'd say quite a nice experiance thank you.

Got a crispy chicken sandwich for my wife and found out it was so undercooked inside it was almost completely raw inside. My wife could have gotten very sick, I'm not one to use the word "lawsuit" as so many do for an easy hand out but when it comes to my wife's health I take that very seriously. Going to other locations from now on, fast food isn't rocket science.

January 19th 2022 at around 7:25 pm, we ordered a couple quarter pounders. Usually, when eating McDonald's, most burgers seem pretty slap together. But the burgers we ordered tonight, was the best looking/tasting burger I've gotten from McDonald's. Whomever put them together, thank you for putting actual effort into making the burgers.

This is the worst customer service I have ever received at a McDonald's. When they were delayed in the drive thru, they sent me to waiting area #1. It was a little confusing and I accidentally pulled into parking spot #3. So I went inside to clarify the issue and the woman snapped at me for no reason! Then she told her coworkers that she's "taking a break because she's tired of waiting on people." I waited and waited. Others ordered and were served BEFORE ME. When she got an order and was walking it outside I gently asked, "that's not the burritos, is it?" because I knew they were very busy. I said it calm and NICELY. She BIT MY HEAD OFF saying "SIR, please wait your turn!!! They're getting made now!!" I immediately responded that I'm JUST asking and she admonished me again and I said "shut up!" I couldn't take her complete RUDENESS. "Don't tell me to shut up!" she screamed. I said "you need a different job, you can't handle the front end," and then I complained to the whole staff loudly about her horrible attitude. This woman is middle aged, large, and extremely UNPLEASANT. SHE NEEDS A TALKING TO OR A FIRING IMMEDIATELY.
