Bella was amazing! My daughter couldn’t find the drink she wanted on one of the delivery services so I called the store and Bella said to order whatever drink and put my daughter’s name and she’d make the one we actually wanted. We ended going to the store anyway and she was super nice and pleasant! Keep it up!

Common sense should prevail.. I was the only customer at 1015ish am on Sunday 25 April and she was the only employee I saw. She started to make my drink as another customer walked in. Instead of pouring my drink in the cup and allowing me on my way, she took the other customer's order which took a few minutes including a mishap with a gift card. My drink had already been mixed and just needed to be poured and handed to me. As a consequence, my drink became a juice instead of a smoothie. Am I being hypersensitive? I don't think so. Again, common sense should prevail. Disappointed.
