I have only just started going for PT at ATI in Lacey but so far they seem great. The staff is very friendly and skilled. They also refer to each other about cases and treatments to make sure they are doing what's best instead of doing a "cookie cutter treatment plan" it seems everything is actually individualized per case. Even though there are multiple patients and staff at a time I still feel safe, everyone is masked, and distanced. They wipe everything down before you go to it and are able to space out what areas patients are in for various treatments. Looking forward to getting some relief with the help from ATI Physical Therapy staff. Thank you. (Going for constant headaches and migraines, neck and shoulder strain)

Never need PT before so this is all new to me. The experience has been great so far. They have been flexible in scheduling appointments that fits my work schedule. The therapist or professional and courteous and provide me with an explanation of what I am doing and why. I greatly appreciate that.

I have been to ATI Lacey for 2 different issues, in each case I was treated with kind, happy staff who helped me to heal. They make it fun and not a drudgery to come to PT. Jennifer is an amazing therapist - she knows her stuff. I feel like part of the family now :)

I absolutely love having Jennifer as my therapist. I’ve done a lot of physical therapy of the years and she is the first person to not just go through a set routine and be done. She hears what I’m personally going through and cares! I’m so thankful I found her.

This is my second time at ATI and both times have been a very positive experience for me. Everyone has taken such good care of me; encouraging me and explaining everything we’re doing. I’m very pleased with the service I’m receiving.

Jennifer is a phenomenal PT! She's extraordinarily knowledgeable, experienced, and skilled. And she demonstrates a high level of warmth, compassion, and attentiveness to her patients. I highly recommend Jennifer at ATI for all your physical therapy needs.

Things are going well. The crew is well versed in PT techniques that are appropriate for my recovery. That being said, the office music is really not geared towards an inspiring and motivation based mentality. Hard to get hyped with elevator tunes. Even if it was EDM it would probably be better than the current background music. Food for thought.
