Great food and atmosphere. I come here often do do living close by and because of their food. Great food and very very cold beers! They also have great breakfast on the weekends.
Good food and service. We decided to try Hop Jack's. My mother and wife had burgers and I tried the street tacos from our servers recommendation. I also tried a Quilted Irish Death beer, on tap and really good. We were all happy with our food and would come back.
Surprisingly Good. Friends took us here, saying they had a varied menu and good food, plus great beers. They were correct on all counts.
The French Onion Soup was advertised as being the best you have ever eaten. I just roll my eyes at such menu assertions. But I'll be darned if it wasn't really, really good. And my patty melt looked, smelled and tasted first rate. They have something called a Big Juan burger, which is basically a burger inside a sandwich. My husband ordered it, and the sucker was huge. Somehow he ate every single bite. The homemade potato chips and garlic fries are both excellent sides.
Service was efficient. Prices are in the $10-15 range for most burgers and other entrees. For a suburban strip mall eatery, this place is sure to satisfy.
We are definitely not sports bar types. Hop Jacks is invariably crowded and noisy. But the excellent service and the absolutely best burgers around keep us coming back!

Food was greasy but good - not a place for those who cannot tolerate fried goodies. We eat here about once weekly.
Really unique drinks, if you go get the huckelberry lemon drop it is sooo good. Good happy hour deals. The bacon burger is amazing.

The Best Food in South Lacey!!!!. My family and many of our other neighborhood friends are regulars at this restaurant. It is exactly what Lacey needed. It is clean, sophisticated, service is good, and the food is outstanding. High quality food served in good size portions. We recently tried breakfast at Hop Jack's and it was just as impressive. My wife and I also enjoy sitting in the bar when the kids aren't with us. A Great little place to get a nice variety of drinks.
Just giving Andrew D a shout out for being a great server today! I am still drooling over my Cajun shrimp tacos which were all delicious! However my husband was not a big fan of his fish tacos, as on the menu it doesn’t state that they are fried. Typically they are grilled so he is a bit disappointed but it’s all good we live and learn! Over all it is a nice place! Thank you for having us!
Always like going to this place even when they were called Hop Jack's. Food was good, good portions. The servers were great.
Haven’t been at this location for a couple of years, only because it’s rather far of a drive, delicious food and amazing service. Hop n Drops have one of the best Bloody Mary’s, sorry no photo on the drink, spicy and delicious! Salads are fresh, the pork tips were amazing even without the sauce. We did get the Queso dip but my family looked at it and it was gone, I only got one chip worth. Dropped my keys at the table and they cleared the table of the new guests to help find my keys.
Always fun going here, decent prices and above average food. A fun place for date night or with the children. Creative menu choices and friendly staff. A good neighborhood haunt.
Dined during the Sunday dinner rush. The lavender blueberry mojito was delicious! The rib tips were tender but not greasy. My son really enjoyed his burger!!! The seasonal octoberfest brew and the house made lager were very flavorful and refreshing!
If you haven't had the Kyle's Damn Good Sandwich, do so. It's the only turkey I've ever wanted more of.
The fries are perfect for me. Just the right amount of crispy and soft with flavor.
Their on tap variety is broad, and the Drops had just the right flavor to make you forget how much alcohol is in them.
Add to all that friendly (but not too friendly) service, and the new remodel, to create a great dine in experience on a date. And in the evening a great place for a drink at the bar.
I love this place! The food is good and they have their own brewery beer which is delicious if you like beer. If you are looking some something less heavy Ty their selection of cocktails and their great variety. Literally their bartender can make whatever special drink you like even if it’s not in the menu.
