Dunkin'

I used to work at this location. I stopped by for a simple coffee and a glazed donut this morning. I’m not sure if the African American women is the new manager of this location but if so someone from HR needs to save this location before she makes it fold. That was the WORST customer service I have ever experienced from anyone. I asked for some more caramel in my coffee because I specifically ordered extra. When the nice young lady in the window handed it to me I politely asked if she could put a little more in. She said yes of course. As soon as she took the drink back the manager (or whomever she may be) immediately snatched the drink from her employees hand and handed it back to me specifying that she’s the one who made it and the drink was fine. I nicely said “okay but could I get more caramel I ordered extra.” As her employee is trying to explain to her that I the customer ordered extra she then throws an attitude and tell me she’s going to have to charge me for it. I paid for the coffee, I ordered extra caramel. This women needs to quit arguing with paying customers. On top of that I ordered a glazed donut and the donut I got had no glaze on it. Someone needs to come help this location immediately. You could see how uncomfortable her young employees were and you could feel the hostility in the building just from being in the car. Worst experience I’ve had anywhere. I hope they get this under control sooner rather than later

After multiple visits and super long drive thru waits, we choose to drive farther to a different Dunkin location where the donuts are properly made, in stock and coffee orders are fulfilled. Do not get stuck in the drive thru at this location. You’ll be there for a very long time. It feels extremely intentional and unapologetic.

This place had the worst and most unprofessional customer service I’ve ever received . I would usually come to this location once or twice a week and always get the same order . I always use the drive through and Recently the staff they hired are disrespectful and consistently rude . I always order a large ice coffee and after waiting at the window for my drink the African American woman at the window hands it to me with an attitude and it was completely wrong and not even what I asked for or paid for and after asking nicely if they could remake the drink she proceeded to tell me that she made exactly what I ordered which I would know what I ordered and I never get sugar in my drink and she filled the drink with sugar and barely any cream when I asked for extra cream And then started arguing with me and and wouldn’t add what I ordered in the drink or even apologize for getting it wrong. I will never go to this location again. Obviously your establishment is desperate on hiring people that you literally will hire someone that doesn’t even know how to be a decent human being

Basics: if you sell donuts you should have donuts. Don’t serve cold coffee that should be hot, and most of all hire employees that at a minimum greet clients respectfully and say “you are welcome”. They ultimately have a trend of disrespectful employees, poor quality and lack of inventory. We’ve been to this store several times and we actually had an employee asked us why we were vicien her attitude after we waited 30 Minutes for 3 breakfast sandwiches that were served incorrectly.

Absolutely hands down the worst experience. Needed to pick up a couple dozen for a birthday party. Only drive thru was open and I understand they are short staffed, but the lady on the speaker freaked out on me and told me I needed to do the express dozen because she was the only one working. I said that wasn't going to work, I want specific flavors and she freaked out again and said you will need to hold. At that point I just drove right thru, because no one was ahead of me and went to a different Dunkin.

Two experiences, both bad! I got in line at the drive thru at 6:30 am. The line was longer for me to wait, so I turned around and went to the front. I figured it would be faster, I went in and a young girl bolted towards me and said they were closed here that I’d have to use the drive-thru, I simply asked her if I could just get a cup of coffee, a black lady barked from behind the counter “NO”. I couldn’t believe what I was hearing!! A couple of days later I made another attempt. I pulled up to the speaker to order, a voice started talking, which I couldn’t really understand, I asked for her to repeat, she said “we’re closed and I don’t need to wait in the drive thru!!!!! Yes, she honestly said this!!! So as I drove out I looked in the pickup window, the lights were on but no visible employees. So, I stopped next door at Sonic, ordered my coffee and was greeted by a smiling face and a sincere thank you!!

We sat in the drive through for 20 mins, around 11:40am, Sunday 4/24. Only 3 cars ahead of us. Their featured shamrock macchiato (on the drive through menu) was unavailable. We were told to wait before ordering for 3+ minutes. No apology or acknowledgment of the unnecessarily long wait for the entire experience and the girl helping us was laughing with someone inside during ordering and finally receiving our order.
