Clearly management has young employees doing positive reviews giving "stars" cause no way they are 4 star review first of all. The only good thing I got out of my experience is rounding up my total payment to help youth education which is ironic, cause these kids don't care let alone learn that the people pay real world money for this food. Terrible food experience, and even worst management of quality control. 👎

Absolutly terrible, ive had 4 bad experiences in the last 2 weeks here. Got two burritos that were cold becuase they had 10X too much sour creme in them. Like these burritos were over 50% sour creme. Absolutely disgusting. They gave me the wrong kind of nachos, i orddered nacho fries... Been good before but you guys really dropped the ball. It's been going downhill for almost a year now, just keep forgetting items in my order and getting them wrong even when the ticket says the right thing. I'm done eating there after you messed up every single item on a 4 person order. You should be ashamed of your customer service. You leave the phone off the hook because you are tired of all the complaints, I've called 7 times tonight and couldn't get through a single time. Your taco bell went from being one of my favorites to a complete NO GO since everything I get from you is disgusting are messed up in some way.

Very courteous staff. Friendly and on the ball. They always have my straws sauces and napkins before I even ask. Most places don't even give that anymore or you have to pay extra. I love it there. LAVERNIA ON HWY 87 AND THE ONE ON Rigsby Ave outside loop 410 with KFC 🍗 by Walmart those are my two favorite. 👌

Every single I order takeout from your store, you screw up my order, leave stuff out, and miss things. It's not even a matter of not understanding the words coming out of my mouth. I order through the app. You just have to read the words and double check the order. You probably owe me $30-40 bucks at this point. It's usually your Saturday or Friday crew, so yall might want to do something about that.
