It's alright. Staff always been kind to me. Need to have realistic expectations going to a chain pizza place. It's going to be understaffed, overworked and underpaid employees. Don't order during their prime hours and the quality you get is vastly better. I learned not to order from around 5 to 8. Those are the hours that mistakes tend to happen.
