This place is anazing. Great service, great pickles, great sandwiches, great options of topings. Definitely recommend if you are looking for a great atmosphere and a fresher/healthier alternative to subway including options such as sprouts among other options subway does not offer. It's around a dollar an inch so the pricing is competitive to their competitors. Thank you for your time in reading my short review.
I've been a regular patron at the Palm Desert location for years and i've been frequenting this spot more recently as its very close to my new dwelling and I can say without a doubt that Jimmy Johns is unrivaled in the sandwich game and the Coachella Valley locations are some of the finest in the nation. The franchise owner of these locations is really hands on and customer focused and it shows with an incredibly friendly staff that goes the extra mile, a great experience always
Love The Cubana sans pickle with extra cheese,it is my go to sandwich at Jimmy John's. Never fails to hit the spot.
Friendly staff with quick service, keeping in line with the Jimmy John's mantra. The menu has plenty of choices while still keeping it simple, and I love how you can pop by, order, and be gone with your food in 3-5 minutes most times. Faster than most fast food joints, but with better quality food. And they deliver to boot!
Their sandwiches are so good. Its fresh tasting and it tastes like the kind of sandwich you would make at home. Also it's not that heavy so you feel pretty good after your meal. Oh and BEST PICKLES EVER!!!

The wrap instead of the sandwich was terrific for this low carber! Really tasty. Best of all, they have a fabulous ad...the Jimmy John's delivery guy being pulled over by the policeman. Best radio ad ever!!!!!
Friendly staff ALWAYS greets customers with a smile. A sandwich shop where you can have it your way...I get extra sprouts without additional cost. The bread is what sets Jimmy John's apart from other sandwich businesses.
These guys do what they do very well.
Tonight they dropped the ball big time. There was one person behind the counter and almost no service was possible she could only handle 1 customer.
That is the complete opposite of their philosophy of speed getting you the food and getting you out the door.
