This cafe is wonderful! My mother and I see Oscar often and so appreciate him and his attentive and kind service! We enjoyed their French toast and Fiesta burrito with chicken! Get their mimosa flight! 😁 Thank you, Broken Yolk!
My first time here. Service was awesome, food was delicious and delivered fast, we never had to ask for refills on drinks or coffee. I came here with a group of friends for breakfast and was seated right away without waiting. The food was tasty...I enjoyed splitting eggs Benedict, you can choose 2 different kinds from their menu. I will come again to try a different menu item.
Great brunch restaurant with a lively interior lit by natural lighting, delicious unique and traditional bites, crafty drinks, and PLENTY of seating.
This place has fantastic food and customer service. Everyone in my group loved their food and it really is loved by locals. We paid $143 for 6 meals + 2 craft drinks, 2 coffees, & 1 orange juice. The price felt fair because the quality of food was outstanding. I HIGHLY recommend the Caprese Benedict!
It closes at 2 PM and had peak occupancy around 10 AM. There are options for indoor and outdoor seating, both of which have so many tables and booths. There are male and female restrooms with plenty of stalls.
Only reason for four stars: eggs seemed a little bland in the egg + sausage + pancake combo. Additionally, the Mocha Latte we ordered was about $7 and was overwhelmed with Hershey’s chocolate syrup and a bunch of whip cream. I wasn’t expecting this from ordering a Mocha… It tasted just like chocolate milk. The Messy Caramel Latte was delicious though. Other than these reasons, everything was deserving of 5 stars!
The food here was way beyond my expectations. Well made and high quality, I definitely recommend this place for someone that wants a truly good breakfast.
The only downside is that it's quite busy, especially on weekends. Expect to wait a half hour or more for a seat, and expect it to be pretty loud. It's worth it, though.
I never been here before and I wanted to try a new breakfast stop. I could decide what I wanted so I can the trio. It had a cinnamon pancake, cornflakes French toast and a Hawaiian sweet roll. So good, I'll be back.
My boyfriend found this place out of the blew since we were vacationing with family and man I'm glad he did because it's now my new favorite breakfast spot!!! 😍😋 Everyone enjoyed it and we all had such a great time! The server we had was so amazing he got our order right and was so pleasant. We were checked up on multiple times and we loved it. You should check this place because they are a franchise they have multiple locations and their main one is in San Diego!!!
Tasty food, friendly family restaurant, prices are reasonable. Long waiting list but is worth the wait.
The broken yolk has increased their menu to make it even more appealing. Service was wonderful, quick and efficient and friendly.
They now offer two half Benedict breakfast as one so you can try new things and still get something you love to make sure you get breakfast. My husband had the Sope Benedict along with the chicken & waffles Benedict and he loved them both.
Definitely plan to go back and try more
Came here for brunch right before a golf round.
Was able to get seated immediately on a Sunday at 9:45am.
The service was quick and the food was fantastic. I ordered the skillet hash to keep it light, my buddies ordered eggs benedicts, a waffle breakfast sandwich and a cinnamon bun pancake.
Everything came in pretty big portions and it was the perfect amount of food for four young guys preparing for a golf day.
Will definitely be back when we’re in the area
Broken Yolk Cafe is very good and has great service even when they are busy. I ordered the El Fuego omelet, it had spicy chorizo, jalapeños, jack cheese and on top of it was salsa fresca and guacamole, very tasty. Their pancakes are amazing. The chicken and waffle Benedict along with the Classic Eggs Benedict was ok, it came with a toasted English muffin topped with canadian bacon, poached eggs and hollandaise sauce. Their Biscuit & Gravy were gross, the gravy did not taste anything like gravy, the dish looked good but that one wasn't great. Their kids cheeseburger and sweet potatoe fries was delicious. Even though all the dishes weren't great, I'd still go back to try different options.
