We were in the area sightseeing and wanted chips & queso. This place was great. Food was yummy. Waitstaff attentive. And my kid loved the fountain area with all the candy and claw machines.

Authentic Mexican restaurant. Efficient waiter, good food. Cold beer. Nothing else you would need. A little unused to pay the bill at the counter. Will come back in the future

Free chips and salsa upon arrival. It was spicy for me. My parents love this place. My 1st time. Portions are generous. Consider splitting a meal.

Booked a reservation in person for a birthday dinner for about 10 to 15 people a week in advance. Come day of reservation, the lady at the cashier said she knew nothing of a party and became extremely agitated and rude. At that point I knew we were going to have bad service. They had 2 servers staffed and they were extremely busy. It took a long time to get our food put in, but food was alright once it came out. The server told us that we could break up the check by item at the front once we were finished. We all went up to the front to pay, but since nothing on the check had a description of the item with price, we asked to see a menu again so we could see who got what and how much it cost. The lady became extremely agitated and rude again and told us to stop yelling at her, when we simply wanted to just see a menu. She told us she wasn't going to get us a menu. But finally she gave us a QR code to scan instead of just handing us a menu right in front her. We ended having one person pay for everything because we in fact couldn't split anything up. The attitude was extremely unnecessary. We took all the appropriate steps to make sure they were well aware of our party reservation. So when we show up and no one knows anything about it, don't get mad and rude with us when we get there. Maybe figure out where your line of communication got interrupted so this doesn't happen to someone else.

Due to a party in back of restaurant the staff was busy. Struggled to keep up with few patrons in front. Oddly they seated everyone in booths of one corner of the restaurant. One of those groups was loud. That's fine. It would be helpful to spread the other groups (3 people each) farther apart ... there were only three booths filled. We could not hear each other until we moved to a quieter section. Food was fine. Generous portions. Easy to find. Plenty of parking.

Good Mexican food. Ordered a side of guacamole which I wouldn’t have had I known that it came with our salad with the fajita. Some of the Avocado in the Guacamole was a bit hard. Service was decent. Coin op candy & sticker machines in the vestibule was hilarious!

Absolutely disgusted with how I was just treated in this restaurant. My elderly mother asked to be seated away from other guests (it was not crowded and this was accommodated before). A manager said yes but an angry female employee came over and told her she couldn't be accommodated and should leave. I'm not sure what her issue was but I've never been treated that terrible before. This employee should be fired. I won't be back.

My family has been going to El Bracero for many years. We have always enjoyed it. Recently we have noticed the quality of the food has decreased. To make matters worse, they have a new female employee working the counter and answering phones that is incredibly rude. Not only does she stand and talk to her co-workers while you wait to check out, but when she does actually take the time to due her job she treats customer with a total lack of respect. When we have called to pre-order food, we were talked to in a very belittling and unprofessional way. We will not be going back again.
