I will say today was a wonderful day! The food was fresh and delicious. Our server Lane was excellent. What I recommend to all who are not fish eaters or not in the mood for fish try the Chicken Pramasen. If you do not like the marinara sauce like myself, ask to change to Alfredo. This is my favorite dish. For the amount of food I had, it was the cheapest meal on my ticket. All staff have wonderful customer service. Not to mention there was no long wait to be seated. Will definitely bring my family here more often.

This is standard restaurant with the most beautiful Channel view in Pasadena.
The food in average is good, the fried shrimps didn't cover my expectations but the fish and steak looks better options.

The seafood is great. My husband and I got the combo plates with the catfish, shrimp & stuffed crab. Everything was cooked perfectly. The waiter gave us great recommendations on the food and drinks that did not disappoint. The icing on the cake was my complimentary cherry cheesecake for my birthday. Overall, we had a really good experience and might be back for our anniversary dinner.

They do need to make the elevator more available to the handicapped.

Purchased live shrimp from clear lake bait camp.drove to the honey hole,where i ran into a fellow big game hunter.he was accompanied by his beautiful wife,who took offense to me thinking she was a spectator..she as well as myself caught 2 26 in reds apiece. He caught a really nice 26 in black drum.nice day for fishing

THE VIEW is beautiful, over looking the water, and you can watch big ships passing by.
THE SERVICE is always great.
THE FOOD I give it a 3 stars, the reason I give it a 3 stars because I had a way better seafood at other restaurants, there is nothing really special about the food, there are some restaurants you really crave their food, and monument Inn is definitely not one of them.
I will recommend it just because of the view.
THE PRICES, Expect to pay $25-$35 per person, but some plates are big and you may share.
Expect a long wait time during weekends 45-60 minutes, and the bar area is small.

2023-July The food and service were both excellent.
The blackened redfish was well seasoned, garnished with shrimp and in all ways delighted.
Monument Inn is also known for their crab cakes which are also delightful.
The service was attentive and responsive. Seating, even with a long line, was snappy.

First time here, enjoyed the food and service. Some stuff was a bit salty but overall great. Had the broiled crabcakes, grilled shrimp, and shrimp and mushroom pasta. Their crab stuffed jalapeños is a must try. Don't have the coffee.

Went for Mother's Day & was my 1st time. It was a pretty long wait, but it IS their busiest weekend of the year. Food did NOT disappoint! Calamari & fried green tomatoes were excellent. Crawfish bisque was probably the best I've had. Seafood pasta was all you'd hope for & more. Bread was fresh & service was SUPER friendly. (Thought about photos after I'd already started so full presentation is a little lost, but you can get an idea) Would love to try again next time I'm in the area!
