I went to Taco Bell in La Plata, MD to buy food for myself and my two friends. We get there and place our order in the drive through and everything was good. We get to the window and they tell me the price and it was way higher than what it said on the screen. I said whatever and paid for it. So then we got our food and it’s missing three items we ordered. We also ordered sour cream on the side for our meal and they just throw an empty container in our bag and call it good. As the lady handed me my bag and I drove off she laughed as well. Terrible service, bunch of child like adults working there also. Would not recommend coming to this location.

I visited this location yesterday morning and had such a great experience with Shanon and Sierra. They both were so very polite and cook our tacos Hot and Fresh . The food was hot and service was excellent. This location has really turned itself around. Great management team Taco Bell. Thank you to Shanon and Sierra for excellent customer service.

I bought food for 3 people. It was very affordable. I normally do not go to taco bell so maybe I'm missing something. I had the crunch wrap Supreme and was hoping it was better. I never had it before; so maybe it's actually normal? I know most foods do not match what's advertised but I think I'll pass next time and get a basic soft taco.. See pics. Hardly any meat, cheese or sour cream and tons of tomato. 👎

What happened to the awesome employees that used to work there? The new employees are rude and food orders have been wrong the last couple of times we’ve gone. Not again.

Delish, even tho the last didn't know what vegetarian options Taco Bell had to offer. She probably was new. But the manager stepped in and hooked me up with I can't remember but it was good! Yummy

Ordered a Cheesy Gorrdia Crunch and it literally had no chesse. Meal was disgusting. Would not recommend this taco bell as it appears the staff lacks supervision, direction, and there appears to be an overall lack of quality control when it comes to the food served. Very disappointing.

It was good. I ordered the chicken bowl but I miss the taco salad. It was clean and the cashier was helpful helping me pick out something since they no longer have the taco salad.
