Starbucks

The wait is always 20+ mins. Expecting that, I went in to get a Salted Caramel Cream Cold Brew. 25 mins later, after everyone that had come in behind me had already received their drinks, I went up to make sure my order was still back there (they’ve lost my ticket in the past). The cold brew was ready, not the cream part. She hurriedly just put some whipped cream on top and gave it to me. I didn’t notice until I was driving away and it was disgusting and bitter. Super disappointing since this was a treat for me I’d been looking forward to all week (last time I got it it was great!). I will be avoiding this location at all costs going forward.

A short girl with glasses was especially rude when I picked up my order from drive through. No thank you or anything and when I was making sure my order was prepared correctly hurried me to "move along it's all there." Checked in the parking lot after leaving the drive through. Order was wrong, was given wrong breakfast sandwich. Will not be coming back.

Very slow and rude service. Sat at drive thru just now, Jan 20, 2022, 210pm, sat and waited at drive thru talk box for a few minutes, said "Hello?", And finally person they would take my order in a minute. Gave my order, waited for 2 cars in front, got to window, person took 2-3 minutes to open glass. Then they open and look at me, I said , how much? Paid, and person could not even say thanks. The most unappreciative experience in a Starbucks. Will find other place to spend my money, this place doesn't seem to care we are the customer, their job depends on people showing up to buy things! Don't they get it? If u are rude, I am not returning.
